What do you shoot?2025-08-27T18:03:14+07:00

Products, people, places. That covers product/catalog, lifestyle & campaigns, portraits/headshots, corporate/editorial, interiors/architecture, events, and brand stories.

How do we start?2025-08-27T18:03:41+07:00

Share the goal, audience, and where assets will live (web, print, social). We build a mini brief: moodboard, shot list, schedule, crew, and clear deliverables.

What gear do you use?2025-08-27T18:04:08+07:00

Pro mirrorless bodies; prime & zoom lenses (macro/tilt-shift when needed); strobe and continuous LED lighting with full modifiers. We tether when practical and monitor on calibrated displays.

Do you provide styling, makeup, wardrobe, and props?2025-08-27T18:04:42+07:00

Yes. We source stylists, MUAH, wardrobe, props, and set dressing. Share brand rules/uniforms early so styling stays on-brand.

How do you ensure color accuracy—especially for products?2025-08-27T18:05:23+07:00

A color-managed workflow from capture to export. We calibrate monitors and use reference targets when needed. For color-critical SKUs, we add a color-check step before batch output.

What retouching is included?2025-08-27T18:05:54+07:00

Natural, clean retouching: exposure/white balance, global color, skin cleanup, dust/scratch removal, perspective fixes. Compositing/CGI and heavy manipulation are scoped separately.

What files do we get?2025-08-27T18:06:23+07:00

AVIF/WebP with JPEG fallback (sRGB). Print: TIFF masters with embedded ICC profiles. PNG only when transparency is required. Video: graded MP4 masters; ProRes or LOG camera originals available on request with LUTs and a short handoff.

Who owns the work? What license do we get?2025-08-27T18:06:51+07:00

DGecko (and our photographers) are the creators and hold copyright by default. You receive a commercial usage license tailored to channels, term, territory, and any exclusivity. Broader rights—or full assignment—are available via separate agreement and cost.

Do you deliver RAW photos or camera originals?2025-08-27T18:07:27+07:00

By default, no—we deliver finished, color-managed masters. Originals are licensed to agencies for in-house post under an Originals License Addendum (scope, channels, term, territory, non-transferability, data/security). Priced separately and quoted upfront.

Do we need model or property releases?2025-08-27T18:07:54+07:00

If people are recognizable—or we feature private locations/art/logos—yes. We organize and store releases with your final delivery for clean commercial use.

Can you fly drones for photo/video in Vietnam?2025-08-27T18:08:24+07:00

Yes—via licensed operators. Flights require permission and compliance with restricted zones; we’ll advise feasibility and handle the paperwork window with our operators.

What’s a typical timeline?2025-08-27T18:08:49+07:00

Small shoots: ~1–2 weeks end-to-end (prep → shoot → delivery). Larger campaigns: 2–4+ weeks depending on permits, talent, locations, and post. We share milestones at kickoff.

How many images do we receive?2025-08-27T18:09:13+07:00

We propose an edited-select count in your quote based on shoot length, setups/SKUs, and placements/crops; you approve it. As a guide: half-day ≈ 20–30, full-day ≈ 40–60 strong selects. Extra selects after proofs can be added at a simple per-image/bundle rate.

Can you deliver social crops (vertical, square, etc.)?2025-08-27T18:09:42+07:00

Yes. Tell us your channel ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) and we’ll include them. We can also recommend a standard set. Extras beyond the quoted set are available per-crop.

What about backups and file retention?2025-08-27T18:10:06+07:00

Two copies by default—on-set to a rugged SSD, and in-studio to a verified backup—and we retain your project for 6 months. Need longer or higher redundancy? We can add 3-2-1 archival on request (priced separately).

Do we need to be on set? How do approvals work?2025-08-27T18:10:30+07:00

You don’t have to be on set. We shoot to the approved storyboard/shot list and brand guidelines. Optional check-ins can be scheduled. Final approvals happen via an online proof gallery; changes beyond the approved list are quoted before proceeding.

Do you provide a studio, or shoot on location?2025-08-27T18:10:52+07:00

Both. We handle small product/lifestyle in our studio and shoot on location at your office/store/site. You book the venue; we supply gear, a prep checklist, and coordinate timing. Permits (if required) are arranged by the venue/client.

Weather, rescheduling & cancellation?2025-08-27T18:11:14+07:00

We make a go/no-go call 24 hours prior. Client postponements/cancellations after that pass through non-refundable vendor costs and any hold/reschedule fees (pre-approved). If we need to reschedule for our reasons, we cover our costs. Weather/force majeure date moves carry no service fee; non-refundable vendor items may apply.

Music & voiceover—how do rights work?2025-08-27T18:11:34+07:00

We license stock music matched to your channels (web/social by default). For paid ads or broadcast, we upgrade the license at cost. Voiceover EN/VI (others on request). Usage, term, and territory appear in your quote; license files ship with finals.

NDAs and confidentiality?2025-08-27T18:12:04+07:00

Yes. We work under your NDA, keep assets private, and avoid public sharing until you launch. Sensitive shoots get restricted cloud access and labeled drives.
